Based in Old City, Philadelphia’s center for art and design, we proudly showcase furniture by Cassina, B&B Italia, Maxalto, Fritz Hansen, Alias, Zanotta and Poltrona Frau, as well as lighting by Artemide, Flos, Ingo Maurer, Foscarini, LucePlan, Lucesco, Lucifer and Fontana Arte. Lighting Store Shipping We offer free UPS ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States on orders over $100 that are not designated as Special Order items. Special Order items typically require Freight delivery; you will be contacted after placing your order to confirm/accept Freight charges (generally around $250) and transit time. Unless an item is in stock, it will be shipped from the vendor’s warehouse, generally 1-2 weeks after placing your order. All orders shipped from Ingo Maurer will be coming directly from Germany and therefore will experience a longer transit time (4-8 weeks.) No International Orders except to Canada. Returns OLC offers a 100% refund on unused, uninstalled products in the original manufacturer’s carton, minus any shipping and handling charges. We do not accept returns on custom product or products marked as “special order.” Product OLC considers special orders are denoted as such on their description page. OLC reserves the right to deduct the applicable shipping and handling charges on orders where free shipping was applied. Light bulbs cannot be returned. All orders must be returned within 15 days of delivery in new, condition with the original carton. Do not send back any product without a Return of Goods Authorization (RGA) issued by OLC. Warranty OLC does not directly warranty the products offered on this website. We will provide the individual manufacturer’s warranty upon request. Please remember to fill out the manufacturer’s warranty card upon receipt of your product. Sales Tax We charge sales tax on all orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. If your company is tax exempt, or you use a Pennsylvania Tax Resale Number, we will honor you tax exemption when the appropriate form in completed and submitted to OLC. Unfortunately, we do not sell or ship orders to non-US, non-Canadian addresses. For Canadian customers, we offer UPS Canada Standard as a shipping option. Remember that all prices are quoted in US dollars.

If OLC furnished you with advice or other assistance concerning the products, the funishing of such advice shall not subject the company to any liability, whether it be contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
